Spa Policies & Information
If you must cancel an appointment we require 24 hour notice for regular services and 48 hour notice, or 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. If you no-show a second appointment the full service will be charged.
*Gift Certificates, Products, & Refunds*
Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They are available for purchase in our spa and on our website. Corporate discounts are available for multiple purchases. Products or accessories must be returned within 30 days to receive spa credit. No cash refunds.
*Cell Phones & Children*
With respect to our clients, we ask that you please turn off or silence your cell phone. We ask that you please leave small children at home while receiving a service at our spa.
Customizing spa packages are available for any combination of services.
